Set Top of Queue is no longer an option when viewing holds for an item in the Angular Screens

When searching and bringing up an item with the new angular staff screens, clicking on the "View Holds" tab, you can no longer right click a hold and "Set Top of Queue" nor can you "Un-Set Top of Queue".
This was a feature on the holds view prior to angular and this is a wishlist item to bring it back.

"Set to Top Of Queue" is now a checkbox on the pop up for Modify Hold(s) (in 3.7 and beyond)
View Holds tab -> Actions -> Modify Hold(s)
Marking this bug as Invalid as the feature is in the angular catalogue (and there isn't a better status)
