ACQ delete line item expanded copy details display issue

When deleting a line item from a pending PO, if the line item copy details are expanded, after the line item is deleted the expanded copy detail box from the deleted line item does not disappear, it instead appears to be open for the following line item.

Combined with a lack of confirmation dialogs, this can be very confusing.

Observed when:

1 - PO failed to load due to copy line item missing data, expanded all line items to find problem
2 - Duplicate title accidentally placed in an order, order line item missing copy details
3 - Selected line item and deleted
4 - Scrolling through PO to confirm line item deleted found the line item gone, but the expanded copy details still displaying
