(tested in both traditional and angular catalogue)
When you remove the last located URI (856 field with $9) from a MARC record, and the record has no holdings attached, the MARC record is not automatically deleted.
When the library setting "Retain empty bib records" is set to False, record are automatically deleted when the last holding is deleted. This setting doesn't appear to currently apply to located URI's.
Ideally when the last located URI is removed from a MARC record that doesn't have any holdings attached the MARC record should be marked as deleted when Saved.
