Copy Alerts: Next status not applied

For copy alerts that have one or more next status options assigned, those statuses are never assigned to the item.

To reproduce this on a Concerto system at BR1:

Navigate to Local Administration - Item Alert Types

Create a new alert type -

Name: Send to Cataloging
Active: Yes
State: Normal
Event: Checkin
Scope: CONS
Next Status: Cataloging
Allow Only At Owning Library: Yes

In Item Status, retreive barcode CONC40000128

Choose to Add and Item Alert and select Send to Cataloging

Enter text in the Alert... box and click OK

Check in the item.

The item alerts box pops up. Click OK/Continue.

Note that the item's status is Reshelving, the Cataloging status was not applied.
