Bug Description

This is related to bug 1398107, which introduces a pop up warning when a staff user attempts to delete the last item on a bib with holds, causing the hold to be cancelled.

Having the warning for title level holds is a huge improvement, but for other types of holds that only the item in question can fill, the pop up warning does not appear. For Item holds, Call Number holds, Metarecord holds, etc., the item deletion and hold cancellation proceeds with no warning.

It would be great if this functionality could be expanded to cover other hold types where the deletion of an item would cause the cancellation of a hold.

For call number and item holds it would be good to also alert if the holding is transferred to another record.
