Scenario: Using a Holdings Import Profile that includes the Stat Cat subfield definition on the Import Item Attribute Definition
File Formatted Properly for subfield: CATEGORY 1|VALUE 1
Category and Value are both valid and match the copy statistical category name and entry
This works if the stat cat is owned by the Branch or the Consortium.
It errors out if the stat cat is owned by the System
Error received is import.
