Course Materials: provide warning when deleting a term that is linked to one or more courses

In Course Materials, users may create academic terms with relevant start and end dates. Courses may be linked to one or more academic terms. However, a term may be deleted even if one or more courses are currently linked to it.

If a user attempts to delete a term linked to one or more courses, a pop-up warning should display allowing them to confirm or cancel the action.
