Bug Description
Form inputs in the bootstrap OPAC use bootstrap's default #CED4DA color for their borders. These are typically on a white background, for a color contrast ratio of 1.49:1. WCAG says it should have at least a 3:1 color contrast ratio: https:/
Bootstrap even says that their default color palette has insufficient contrast: https:/
We should override the default border color here so that patrons can actually see where the form fields are. :-)

It changes the ratio to 3.54:1.
