Reimporting vandelay queue fails with console error

We've see an issue with the vandelay interface eg2/en-US/staff/cat/vandelay/queue/bib/XXXX

1. Browse to: /eg2/en-US/staff/cat/vandelay/import
2. Setup a new queue and upload a small file (a single record will suffice). Make sure you don't select any of the merge options on the right hand side. Just name a new queue, select your file, include a match profile so that the uploaded record will match something in the database.
3. View the queue
4. Click "Import All Records" Or click the checkbox for a record that had a match and click "Import selected records"
5. We're back to /eg2/en-US/staff/cat/vandelay/import, but now some of the options are greyed out (because it "knows" that we are coming from a queue)
6. Go ahead and select "Merge on single match" and choose your overlay options (Full Overlay or whatever)
7. Click "Upload" (which needs fixed as per bug 1868173
8. Check out the browser console:
