Angular screen - Copy Alert count not adjusted properly after clearance on Holdings View

This issue was fixed for the non-Angular Holdings view screen on bug 1798628 but the Angular version of the Holdings View screen is still counting copy alerts that have been Cleared.
Find an example copy with a copy alert
Go to Holdings View > Edit Copies, click Copy Alerts, select Clear checkbox. OK, Save & Exit.
Back on Holdings View, the count in Alerts column remains the same. Clearing caches, refreshing the screen. The number persists.
Add another copy alert via Copy Edit. Back on Holdings View, the alert count increases.
