Angular volcopy: switching between tabs affects parts

In the new Angular volcopy editor, if a record being edited uses parts, moving from the call number tab (or the combined call number/item tab) to another tab and back again will cause the entries in the parts drop-down to be duplicated. Repeatedly bouncing between the tabs will proliferate entries in the drop-down.

Also, if you've made a change to the part and try to move to another tab, dirty form detection doesn't warn you that you might lose changes.
