Bug Description
in 3.6.1
When adding call numbers or call numbers and items in the holdings editor to multiple branches, the list of branches is not in alpha order. The HQ library is first in the list, which is good, but the others are not necessarily in alpha order. Sometimes just one is out of order and sometimes more than one. See attached screenshots
