Patron Edit Page, coding error

On the page to edit patron info, under User Settings

It looks like the page is showing programming code, maybe syntax error?

I'm not seeing this in our implementation or in Evergreen master - can you please provide a screenshot and information about what version you are running and anything else that may be relevant?
