When overlay target changes, need tcn in error message

Bug Description
When a tab with the Z39.50 interface is open and you have marked a record for overlay and then in another tab, mark a different record for overlay, the error message overlay target changed displays the record ID and not the TCN.
To recreate:
Mark a record (example TCN 1; record ID 4) as overlay.
Leaving that tab open, open a different tab for the Z39.50 interface. Note is: Record 4 marked for overlay
Leave the Z39.50 tab open.
In either the first tab or another, search for and mark a different record for overlay.
Return to Z39.50 tab. Note is still Record 4 marked for overlay
Search for record, select one and chose Overlay.
Overlay target has changed message pops up:
The overlay target has changed from 4 to 21. Continue with overlay of record 21?
This message should have TCN and record id, if differs, for clarity.
