Bug Description
Bug 1207533 creates Angular versions of the Item & Patron Triggered Events Logs. Eg-grid itself doesn't have a concept of default sort, though there are paths to enforce a default sort on a grid.
This is a bug to add default sort to these two grids; specifically, sort by date descending on the Event Run Time column.

Being able to set a default date desc sort would be a HUGE improvement.
