Comment 3 for bug 1930614

I've merged this to master for 3.9, with one change: I renamed the variable and BLOCK names so that they don't collide with the ones from the "regular" content.tt2 stuff. There may not be a problem today, but because those are reusable components that might be PROCESSed instead of INCLUDEd in the future, I felt it best.
