Bug Description
On Evergreen 3.6.3:
The Angular staff catalog displays the title record, including holdings, for the bib record used for uncataloged and pre-cataloged items at <host>/
The Angular staff catalog also allows title-level holds to be placed on the record (possibly related to https:/
The traditional staff catalog does not display holdings, nor does it allow title-level holds to be placed on the record (though it's possible that some of this behavior may be the result of local customizations) at <host>/

We became aware of this when a staff user clicked through to the title record from a precat item that was checked out to a patron. A very confusing display.
