Add separate "update edit date / editor" fields for Vandelay merge profiles

In bug #1447746, it was resolved that a single field (vandelay.merge_profile.update_bib_source) would suffice for specifying when the source, editor, and edit_date should be updated on a bib record which is the target of a Vandelay merge/overlay. I propose we decouple them and add a new field to specify whether a merge profile updates editor data.

In our case, we have work flows where we want the editor info updated, but not the bib source.

For consistency, the SQL upgrade would apply a value to the new field matching the update_bib_source value for each profile.

Tested with both edit date and update source selected, both unselected, only edit date selected, and only update source selected. Update date and 901$s updated as expected. Thanks Bill!
