Bug Description
While no recent Evergreen interfaces have been (or should have been) built using the Dojo Toolkit, there are a number of interfaces that still depend on it.
We would like to completely remove our dependency on the Dojo Toolkit.
Because Dojo is so... intertwined, our intent is to create multiple focused bugs for eliminating our Dojo Toolkit dependencies.
Since Launchpad does not have parent/child bug support, please reference child bugs in comments on this bug (and feel free to reference this bug in the body or comments of those bugs).
