3.6.3 has no option to Clear Basket After Holds are Submitted

Bug Description

3.6.3 in Chrome browser - When placing holds from a basket in a previous version (3.3.7), there was a check box on the Place Hold page that asked "Clear basket after holds are requested?" In 3.6.3, there is no such option. After placing holds from a basket, staff need to go back to the basket to clear it.

Hello, I noticed this when using one of Terran's test servers today. I believe I was using the Angular staff catalog interface. Maybe the url that gets created for bulk placing holds could include an argument like
"frombasket=1" which would cause the checkbox to be visible for "Clear basket after holds are requested?"

If the box is checked (which we set checked by default locally) then the process for placing each hold could clear that entry from the basket. Maybe it could be smart and not clear items from the basket where holds were not able to be placed?

Just noting that this is still an issue in the 3.10 angular staff catalog. There is no checkbox to clear the basket after the holds are placed.
