Issue present in v3.7.1.

Is visible again in v3.9 demo site.

I think the fix in https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1843970 resolved this for 3.8.1 and beyond.

Looking at 3.10ish - the Save Grid Settings option is there, but it's not working.
