Bug Description
CONSER, the Cooperative Serials Program of the Program for Cooperative Cataloging of the Library Conference, defines a protocol for storing and transmitting publication patterns in the 891 field of the bibliographic record:

It would be useful if the "Import from Bibliographic and/or MFHD Records" action in the serials module could consult the 891 field in bibliographic records in addition to the 853/4/5 fields.
