Bug Description
Bug 1896840 added the 264 field to the origin_info (publisher) display field. However, the ingest needed to fully populate that display field is mentioned only in the release notes, and not at the top.
Somebody who uses just the version-upgrade SQL script (or the individual upgrade ones) might miss the need for the reingest. Some hint about the ingest should probably be added to the SQL update scripts.
Evergreen 3.5.4, 3.6.3, and 3.7.0.
