Bug Description

Tested in 3.5

When an Emergency Closing is entered an email is sent to patrons to notify them their due date has been changed. Events created by the Emergency Closing A/T do not show in the triggered event log in the staff client.

We confirmed the events were processed in the database and the emails sent.
