Bug Description
As of 3.6 the only way to make a Carousel animated is to do so in the OPAC templates.
It would be nice if these options were configurable in the Staff Client Carousel Interface.
PaILS/SPARK libraries have many different OPAC entries and editing the templates is very unwieldy.
