Bug Description
In the Advanced search screen in the Bootstrap OPAC, few strings have not been marked for translation in the /Open-ILS/
"Advanced Search" (line 8)
"Refine your search by filling out one or more fields to search by below." (line 9)
"Search Filters" (line 39)
Tested in Evergreen 3.6

the issue has been solved in current main branch.
I reccomend closing this bug.
