Basket buttons appear untranslated

The action buttons in the basket appear untranslated, see the attachment.

I am not sure why this happens. I checked the /Open-ILS/src/templates-bootstrap/opac/parts/cart_nav.tt2. It seems, that all buttons had been marked for translation. I also checked Czech translations in the Poeditor: all  strings in question had been already translated.
Also the string " Clear entire basket when the above action is complete." in the /Open-ILS/src/templates-bootstrap/opac/parts/anon_list.tt2 has been marked for translation.

I have tested this in Evergreen 3.6 with Czech localization enabled and in Evergreen 3.7 beta with French localization enabled, see the attachment.

It seems, that the problem concers only the buttons itself, not the string " Clear entire basket when the above action is complete." in the /Open-ILS/src/templates-bootstrap/opac/parts/anon_list.tt2. During further testing in the catalog localized to Czech, the string was displayed correctly.

In Evergreen 3.11 and in test server https://bugsquash3.mobiusconsortium.org/ I see, that the issue in solved now. I reccomend closing this bug.
