Bootstrap OPAC: Simple Selector for Lang not working in Advanced Search

Tested in 3.6.1 and current master (3.7 beta-ish):

This bug refers to the Simple Selector options documented here:

In the TPAC, if you go into Admin > Server Admin > MARC Coded Value Map and edit a Lang so that the "Is Simple Selector" box is checked, that filter would float to the top of the language list on the Advanced Search page.

In the Bootstrap OPAC, if the "Is Simple Selector" box is checked, the filter no longer appears on the list at all.

In the attached screenshot, "German" has the "Is Simple Selector" box checked so it no longer appears on the main list, but it does not appear above the dotted line where it should.
