Bug Description
In the bootstrap opac item tags display as the call numbers of separate copies when the screen is reduced to its smallest size. In the attached 'screenwidth_622' the two item tags appear as copy #2 and copy #3.

Item notes were also doing the same thing. A proposed patch is at https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ Evergreen. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/user/ gcollum/ lp1916936- Bootstrap_ opac_item_ tags_display_ as_separate_ copies
It also cleans up a few <a> tags that had two class properties.
