Bootstrap OPAC: Pagination on copy table not working

In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC with the fix for bug 1914116 applied - to recreate problem:

1) Find a record with more than 50 copies attached to it. (In Concerto data, go into the Holdings view and add more copies to an existing record.)
2) Open that record in the public OPAC.
3) You will see the first 10 copies. There is a link for "Show more copies" but no "" link.
4) If you click "Show more copies," it shows the first 50 copies but offers no way to get to see the next copies.

Oops, step 3 above should indicate that it does not show the "Next 10" link.

Also, 5) if you Show more copies on a record that has fewer than 50 copies, the Show fewer copies link does not display.
