Deleting serials issuance deletes item but leaves empty call number

Bug Description

Version 3.5.2

When receiving a serial issuance, a corresponding item is created, accessible in Holdings View.

Deleting issuance in Serials/Manage Issues.

What we expect to happen:
The item and call number corresponding to the issuance should both be deleted from Holdings View.

What happens:
Although the item is deleted in Holdings View, the call number remains as an empty volume/call number.

Confirmed in Evergreen 3-4-5 as well as all earlier versions of the web client that my library has used. We migrated in February 2019 to 3-2-3, and had various point upgrades until moving to 3-4-? in March 2020. I think it might have also done it in XUL, it's hard to remember, but it probably did.

Confirmed on the test server from last week's Feedback Fest, called Blake's test server. Version states "HEAD", host name shows I had created a quick and dirty serial record on TCN 100 to test some other things.
