Bug Description

Behavior observed on https://terran-master.gapines.org/eg/staff

There are two options for Checkout / Renewal Library in the column picker on the Billings screen in a patron account. One shows a library shortname. The other shows an array that includes the library's name. See attached screenshot.

We see this in our 3.4.2 system.

This is still an issue on the patron's billing screen in 3.9.

As well, there are many other options in the billing's column picker that are unnecessary including three Is Deleted options (one for shelving location, one for call number, and one for item).
