Angular Catalog - All Hold Dates Should Include Time

LP Bug #1889296 added time to the Request Date field in the Angular Catalog View Holds tab.

Times should be added to other fields on this page, as well:

Capture Date
Available Date
Last Targeting Date/Time
Expire Time
Shelf Expire Time
Transit Send Time
Transit Receive Time

There are other columns available that could have time added but may never display information in this interface:

Fulfillment Date/Time
Checkin Time
Return Time
Hold Cancel Date/Time

Generally speaking, times are desired in interfaces. New and updated Angular pages should follow suit.
