Angular EDI Messages Needs Times Added to Dates

Evergreen 3.5.1

All columns on the EDI Messages screen that deal in dates need to include the time as well.

Both date and time were included in the dojo version.

Confirmed this is still an issue in 3.7beta.

The timestamp can be critical when troubleshooting EDI issues.

Still a problem in 3.11. Full time stamp can be pulled with a report, but it would be nice to just have this in the EDI Message page.
