Ang Acq Search: Give focus to input box once dropdown selected

In the Angular Acq Search, it would be useful if--once something is selected in the search term dropdown--that the focus changes to the input box. Right now if you select something in the search term dropdown, the focus remains on that box instead of switching to the input box.

I think this is actually a regression since the old acquisitions search interface put the focus in the input box after a search term was selected.

I didn't actually think about that, Michele--I went and checked on our 3.4.1 server, and you're totally right! That's probably why my muscle memory thought it felt so odd.
