Bug Description
Evergreen 3.5.1 and 3.6.1
In the angular catalogue the format drop down menu is alphabetical based on the Value field instead of the Search Label field. Since the text in the Search Label field is what displays in the list the list should be alphabetized based on that field.
You can see how our current list displays in the attached screenshot.
