Wish List Item- alter status to allow for more accurate description captured/in transit

It would be great for consortia that Resource Share if there was a different status than in transit. There is a great deal of time difference in some instances in an item that has been captured by the pull library and put in transit by their resource sharing team. If there was a staff permission that controlled "in transit" and other staff controlled captured that would help patrons and staff
