Bootstrap opac: Ebook references appear in my account summary regardless of config file

The E-Items Currently Checked Out, on Hold, and ready for pickup summary lines display in the bootstrap opac's My Account Summary even if the ebook_api.enabled flag in config.tt2 is set to false.

By default this flag is also set to true. It should probably default to false, like the default of the tpac config file.
