Bug Description

In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:

Any precats that appear in the circulation history (in My Account) do not display the title and author.

Pushed to master and rel_3_6, along with a follow-up to remove an sr-only span that needlessly slipped in. Thanks, Terran and Garry!
