Bug Description
In 3.6.1:
Currently, carousels can be configured to manually advanced or to automatically advance. In our experience, most people prefer the automatic advancement, but one person complained of the movement. It would be nice if there were a "Stop/Start" button so that if it was moving the patron could stop it and vice versa.

Personally, I can't read a web page that has movement happening on it. (I generally solve this problem by denying such websites the privilege of running client-side scripts.)
Currently, we have our carousels configured for automatic advancement, and people are asking for the "next" button to be present, so they can flip through them more quickly if desired.
