Patron registration save & clone multiple times gives error

Bug Description
In 3.6 (and previous):
If you save and clone Patron X, it opens a new tab to register the next patron and allows you to save it. However, if you go back to Patron X and click Save & Clone again, it gives this error:
"Patron record was modified by another user while you were editing it. Your changes were not saved; please reapply them."
(I'm guessing since that tab hasn't refreshed, it doesn't recognize that it's already been saved? If you refresh it before pressing Save & Clone again, then it works fine.)
