Angular Staff Catalog: Can't Place Metaholds

In 3.6.1: The Angular Staff Catalog doesn't have the "Advanced Hold Options" with the ability to place metaholds.

Note metarecord holds can be placed from metarecord searches. The issue here is that title-level holds cannot be upgrade to metarecord holds directly within the place holds interface.

Confirmed Bill's note that metaholds can be placed if Group Formats & Editions is chosen before trying to place a hold.

Adding to note that testing in demo.evergreencatalog.com / 3.9.1 when placing a hold from grouped formats and editions the specific format(s) / language(s) (aka advanced hold options) can be selected before submitting the hold request.
