Bootstrap OPAC: Adding basket to Existing List has problems

In Evergreen 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:

I have encountered an issue where the My Lists screen gets "stuck" and doesn't display my existing lists:

1) Create a list or two.
2) Do a search and put some items in a basket.
3) Use the basket actions to put the items in a saved list.
4) Choose the list and save to it.
5) The screen refreshes but only partially reloads and does not show the existing lists. If you go back to the catalog and use the "Add to list" button on an item and add it to a list, it clears the problem and allows you to see the lists again.
