Bug Description
When a bib record is deleted, the deleted flag for associated MFHD(s) should be set to True, and any related subscription(s) should be deleted, causing the deletion of all the issuances, items and units.
Since it may not be obvious that a bib record has related MFHD(s) and/or subscriptions, an alert should display so the user can confirm the action.
Are there any evergreen systems that might want to retain subscriptions for deleted bibs?
EG version 3.4.3
Chrome version 86.0.4240.75

Confirming that I see this behavior in version 3.7. However, I'm not sure the bib record should delete if there are MFHD statements associated with it. I can see where some libraries would consider a MFHD statement as the holding. I agree that there should be an alert before deletion. Someone may want to retain a subscription, if they intend to clone (I'm not sure, just tossing out a possibility).
