Angular catalog needs to use improved print email functionality

The angular staff catalog needs to be updated to use the enhanced print and email functionality released in bug 1749475

Features lost in the Angular Staff Catalog include:

* Ability to see a preview of the printout or email
* Control over:
  - sorting of records in the printout or email
  - whether holdings information is included
  - which library's holdings (location, local call number, status, etc.) are displayed

As indicated in Michele Morgan's email sent to the Evergreen General mailing list (this message is available in the list archives: http://list.evergreen-ils.org/pipermail/evergreen-general/2022-July/001377.html), sending emails about newly created records use the same hook (biblio.format.record_entry.email) and reactor (SendEmail) and so a solution to this bug can also help make other triggers using the same hook and reactor work.
