Course materials wishlist: import student, instructor, course information

It would be nice to have a support script for batch loading course, instructor, and student information from a CSV file generated by a Student Information System such as Jenzabar or Banner.

There isn't a standard format for these CSV file exports, so it would be fine for the support script to have its own opinionated, well-documented format. Then, schools that use this support script could get their Student Information System to export a CSV file in that format. Or possibly crosswalk some existing regular CSV export into the desired format.
