Bug Description

System administrators should be able to configure courses to email the instructors at specified times. These emails should contain a list of items and non-cataloged course materials that are associated with their courses, so that they can confirm that they should still be associated.

Bonus: these emails should also include statistics about how many times the items have circulated while associated with the course and (relies on bug 1895695) number of times that e-resources associated with the course have been clicked.

The motivations here:
* Faculty sometimes forget to let the Library know about changes to their course materials. It can be very time consuming for library staff to manually email each instructor to confirm the materials. Some automation here could be very helpful.
* If the statistics are high, it can help to demonstrate the value of the Library's work with course materials. If the statistics are low, it can prompt the faculty member to remind their students to use it.
