Bug Description
This is a follow up enhancement to bug 1857150, Angular Acquisitions Sprint 1: Providers.
As written in that bug, the workflow for retrieving a provider is as follows:
1) search for a Provider
2) double click (or right click, or use Actions Menu) to open the Provider
3) the Provider record opens in the same tab and the search form is hidden
The requested enhancement is to open the Provider record in a new tab, including support for opening multiple provider records in multiple tabs if so selected.
