Bug Description
The Holdings Template Editor with in the Local Administration Menu does not include the Default Tab.

Previously, the Default tab was included where you could hide/disable attributes.
Attached is an image of what it looked like in 3.2

"Defaults" tab is visible in the standalone Holdings Template Editor (non-angularized) in version 3.11.2.
