Another replacing barcode scenario where the duplicate barcode message doesn't display and a duplicate barcode is allowed when replacing non-serial item barcode with existing serial barcode
Workflow:
Open Serial Record; Go to Serials > Quick Receive
Receive predicted issue and assign a barcode
Go to Circulation menu > Replace barcode
Choose non-serial item and use the same barcode just assigned to the serial issuance
Barcode is save and duplicate is created.
